Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products from Kyxrelynjriz are final. Once digital content has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
If you receive digital content that is defective or does not match the product description, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
